7th Annual Advocacy Day in Sacramento

Overview:
Tuesday, March 10 marks our seventh annual Advocacy Day in Sacramento! We invite you to join your fellow FPA members from around the state for a day on the “Hill,” sponsored by FPA of California. This is your opportunity to meet with your elected representatives to discuss some of the Legislation, Policy Issues and Practices that are most important to you in the practice of your profession.
Advocacy Day is our largest and most attended advocacy event of the year. Participation from FPA members has more than doubled in recent years from 14 in 2014 to 32 members in 2019, and we anticipate even more attendance this year. As a coalition, we continue to build lasting relationships at all levels of government including members from the office of the Department of Business Oversite, Insurance Commissioner, State Treasurer and State Controller.
