Susan is a graduate of the University of Colorado in Boulder, a Certified Business Development Coach and a Certified Master Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner. A strong contributor to the financial services community, Susan is a National Board Member to the Financial Planning Association.
Jonathan Hoy joined Perigon in 2019 as the COO and Head of Advisor Success after a 15 -year career in consulting. Throughout his career, Jon has led teams that helped some of the world’s most successful organizations transform their business growth, implement and improve business processes, and increase their leverage of technology. He is charged with ensuring that the firm is operating efficiently and effectively by providing the organizational glue for the various departments and functions within Perigon as well as focusing on and leading M&A for the firm.
