Negotiations don’t have to be scary. They can actually be really fun. The key is to be prepared by having a good framework to break down the negotiation into interests.
In this session, Shawn will teach you the tips and trick he has used with his clients to help them negotiate for a higher salary, larger bonus, additional stock, and even a higher title. You can apply these strategies to yourself when you apply for new roles or ask for a raise.
Shawn learned these skills through a course he took when he earned his MBA from the University of Michigan. He will share the Excel file template as well as the strategies during the session.
About the Speaker:
After graduating from UCLA with a degree in Economics, Shawn was unprepared to manage his own personal financial life. Credit scores, 401(k)s, and budgeting were all foreign concepts and he felt overwhelmed. When he started to learn how to best manage his own finances, he was hooked. He knew he found his professional calling.
