TOPIC: Business Planning Beyond the Numbers
SPEAKER: Teresa Riccobuono
Attendees will learn what it takes to prepare a comprehensive business plan, including the foundational pieces, client service aspects, client acquisition strategies, as well as how to create a staff development plan. Then turn it all into an implementation plan, including a list of actionable items assigned to team members with due dates.

About the Speaker:
Teresa started her career in 1997 as a financial advisor. Her career has evolved into a practice management and recruiting specialist for the industry. Teresa is a frequent contributor to Advisor Perspectives and an occasional contributor for Michael Kitces. She’s the Public Relations chair for our East Bay chapter.
