SPEAKER: Curt Weil, CFP®, is a long-time veteran of the profession, past President and frequent presenter in Ethics.

SUMMARY: This program fulfills the requirement for CFP Board approved Ethics CE. It is designed to educate CFP® professionals on CFP Board’s latest Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct.

The goal of this program is to position the application of CFP Board’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct as the foundation for ethical financial planning.

SPEAKER BIO: 45+ years as a stockbroker, financial planner, investment advisor; founder of a fee-only firm. Served on national boards of Financial Planning Association and Foundation for Financial Planning; volunteer with CFP Board of Standards; 35 years of teaching financial planning with University of California, Santa Cruz.
